Reviving Indigenous Voices (RIV) was created to directly address the crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit people (MMIW/MMIP).
Combining cutting-edge technology with culturally informed, sovereignty-centered design, RIV enables faster response and stronger coordination between families, communities, and authorities.
RIV is the first Indigenous-centered emergency response platform built specifically for MMIW/MMIP and other vulnerable populations. Unlike generic safety apps, it combines emergency management alignment, predictive safety intelligence, and secure evidence storage in one unified system.
